Each of the 204 one-story Bungalow Guest Rooms or Bungalow Suites are built of structural steel, masonry and concrete. Each room features a limestone fireplace, private ocean-view terrace, hand-hewn wood beam ceiling, marble bath and adjacent parking. They are a spacious 847 to 1,694 square feet.
The 128 Villas are set in an exclusive, gated enclave and are more intimate. They are built of structural steel, masonry and concrete, and provide a private 10,000 square foot clubhouse and pool, butler service and dedicated staff. The Villas - from 2,200-3,600 square feet - offer 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms and expansive ocean-view terraces.
Pelican Hill Golf Club offers a casually elegant Clubhouse, men and women's locker rooms, Golf Shop, Pelican Hill Golf Academy, Caffè II and Pelican Grill & Lounge. The entire complex is built of structural steel, masonry and concrete.
